Are you a hands-on leader who loves taking projects from concept to closeout? As a PM with OMNI, you’ll supervise plans, schedules, budgets, and partner teams—ensuring work quality, efficiency, and alignment to the Owner’s goals. You’ll interface directly with clients, GCs, design partners, and authorities, serving as an extension of the Owner throughout the project lifecycle. Apply today! Responsibilities: • Lead full project delivery: planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and implementation. • Manage vendors and Owner-hired trades (low-voltage, AV, FFE, etc.); coordinate with GCs on scope, cost, and schedule. • Drive pre-development: plan review, entitlements, GC pricing, and value engineering. • Support due diligence during pursuits; help evaluate sites, budgets, and schedules. • Serve as primary interface with contractors, architects/engineers, city/county officials, and clients. • Perform recurring site walks; assess quality, schedule, and conformance to plans/specs; issue clear field reports and track action items to closure. • Review and comment on OAC minutes, GC schedules, and estimates; ensure milestone management (submittals, long-lead tracking, etc.). • Oversee closeout both administratively (docs, accounting) and in the field (punch). Qualifications: • OSHA 30 certification • One year of previous experience as a construction project manager required • Experience using construction or project management software preferred • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or related fields • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a bonus • 10+ years of commercial construction experience (multifamily experience preferred). • Proficiency in MS Project. • Strong written and verbal communication; clear, timely reporting and stakeholder coordination. • Desire to evolve into an Owner’s-side role across construction and real estate development. • Working knowledge of building codes, plans/blueprints, permits, construction means/methods, equipment, materials, and PM principles.
Nice to Have
• Bluebeam and Procore experience. • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. Compensation: $85,000 - $100,000 yearly
