Position:
Maintenance Technician III
at SkyHouse Nashville Luxury Apartment Homes (a premier class A 352-unit high-rise community located in Midtown) - Nashville, TN We are proud to have been recognized as a 2024 and 2025 USA Best Workplace in USA TODAY and as a Top 15 workplace in the Real Estate Industry! Responsibilities: Maintain and enhance the quality of living in our luxurious community. Utilize your expertise to troubleshoot and resolve issues with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other essential systems. Build rapport with residents to effectively assist them with maintenance requests. Support the Service Supervisor with makeready processes to ensure units are move-in ready. Order supplies and equipment from approved vendors as needed. Contribute to the overall curb appeal and attractiveness of the property. Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years in multifamily or hotel maintenance. Strong experience with HVAC systems, electrical work, plumbing, and general carpentry. Required HVAC/EPA certification; Fair Housing training is also needed. Must obtain CPO and CAMT (Apartment Maintenance) certifications post-hire. Proficient with MS Office Suite, particularly Word and Outlook. Willing to learn to use property management software (training provided). Excellent customer service skills. Availability for on-call duties as required. What We Offer You: Generous rent discount - 20% standard, 35% for on-call staff, and 40% after 3 years. Annual shoe stipend - up to $125 for footwear reimbursement twice a year. New uniforms provided biannually. On-call bonuses ($100 for each week on call). Quarterly performance bonuses of up to 6% of your salary. Paid time off starting at 15 days for full-time employees, plus additional holidays and wellness days.
