Experienced Maintenance Technician

As an Experienced Maintenance Technician, your expertise will play a vital role in maintaining our premier luxury apartment community, SkyHouse Nashville, located in the heart of Nashville, TN. Key Responsibilities: Ensure the upkeep and preservation of our multi-million dollar luxury community, providing an outstanding living experience for our residents. Employ your technical skills to troubleshoot and address HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and security system issues. Build strong relationships with residents by promptly resolving maintenance issues related to appliances, flooring, cabinets, and more. Assist the Service Supervisor with preparing makeready schedules and inspect units to ensure they are ready to lease. Manage supply orders from approved vendors for necessary equipment and materials. Support the maintenance team in keeping the property attractive and welcoming. Qualifications: A minimum of 2 years of experience in multifamily or hotel maintenance. Proficient in HVAC systems, electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, and general carpentry skills. HVAC/EPA certification and Fair Housing training are necessary. Certifications in CPO and CAMT (Apartment Maintenance) are required, with options available for post-hire completion. Familiarity with MS Office Suite, especially Word and Outlook.
