Senior Maintenance Technician

Position Summary: We are seeking a Senior Maintenance Technician to play a vital role in our maintenance team at SkyHouse Nashville, a premier 352-unit luxury high-rise community located in Midtown. Be part of our award-winning team recognized as a USA Best Workplace! Your Responsibilities: Ensure a high-quality living experience for residents by maintaining and preserving our luxury community. Utilize your advanced troubleshooting skills to resolve HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance issues efficiently. Foster strong relationships with residents, assisting them with various maintenance concerns in a timely manner. Assist in preparing makeready schedules and inspect all units to ensure they’re ready for new residents. Coordinate supply orders with approved vendors to maintain necessary stock. Contribute to maintaining the property’s curb appeal. Qualifications: 2+ years of maintenance experience in multifamily or hotel settings. Strong knowledge in HVAC systems, electrical systems, plumbing, appliance repair, and general carpentry. HVAC/EPA certification and Fair Housing training mandatory; certifications like CPO and CAMT are advantageous (may be obtained post-hire). Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word and Outlook). Willingness to learn about makeready schedules, ordering supplies, and service request systems (training provided). Excellent customer service skills are essential. $26.71 - $29.57 per hour. This pay range varies based on experience and qualifications. Other compensation structures apply, including potential bonuses.
