JOB SUMMARY

Client Support Service Professionals are responsible for handling incoming phone calls related to Morgan Stanley accounts, including inquiries on cash management products, online and mobile services, and general financial account information. The role requires a high degree of accuracy, efficiency, and professionalism while consistently meeting key department performance metrics. Successful candidates will be career-driven, customer-focused, and committed to delivering World-Class Service in a fast-paced, team-oriented financial service center environment.

Key Responsibilities Respond to incoming client phone calls with accuracy, efficiency, and professionalism. Provide support for Morgan Stanley Cash Management products and services. Assist clients with Morgan Stanley Online (website) and Mobile app inquiries. Address general account and financial-related questions, ensuring clarity and accuracy. Meet or exceed key departmental performance metrics. Collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Adapt quickly to changing priorities and processes in a dynamic service center setting. Required Qualifications

Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset. Aptitude to multitask, prioritize, and adjust to change quickly. High degree of professionalism and commitment to client service excellence. Preferred Qualifications

College degree. Previous contact center experience.
