Job Summary:

The Client Support Service Professional is responsible for handling incoming phone calls regarding Morgan Stanley accounts. This role requires accuracy, efficiency, and the ability to meet departmental performance metrics while delivering high-quality service. The position supports areas such as Morgan Stanley Cash Management products, Morgan Stanley Online (website), Mobile app, and general account or financial inquiries.

Key Responsibilities: Respond to client inquiries with accuracy and professionalism. Support clients with cash management, online, and mobile banking products. Address general account and financial service questions. Contribute effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Multi-task and adapt quickly to changes in processes and procedures. Consistently meet key performance metrics and service standards. Required Skills:

Strong verbal communication skills. Professional demeanor and commitment to client service excellence. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Aptitude to quickly learn and navigate financial systems and tools. Preferred Skills:

College degree. Previous contact center experience.

Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent required.

College degree preferred.

Experience:

Experience in a contact center or financial services environment preferred.
