What You'll Be Doing

Lead and align a global compliance team, setting objectives and driving process improvements reporting to the VP and managing an international team. Create and execute strategic global trade compliance plans, including resource and software support. Provide expert guidance on trade regulations, risk management, and compliance measures in a changing geopolitical environment. Manage global Denied Party/Sanction Screening processes and escalate issues when needed. Ensure alignment on tariff and export control classifications, valuation, and Free Trade Agreement programs. Direct and oversee internal and external audits; lead investigations of violations and corrective actions. Act as the delegated authority for government registrations, certifications, licenses, and import bonds. Oversee ITAR/DECCS and EAR/SNAP-R registrations and

serve as the ITAR Empowered Official. Manage global third-party customs agents, consultants, and software vendors. Develop and deliver global trade compliance training programs. Expect about 10% travel as much of you management work is via Zoom/Teams.
