WORK TYPE Onsite

LOCATION Appling Rd, Bartlett TN

WORK HOURS Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm. Full Time Team members work 8-hour shifts for 40 hours per week. Shift times may vary, and extra hours may be added to your schedule to ensure we fulfill our commitments to customers.

What You Will Do

• Provide safe environment and coach team members; collaborate with teams to achieve KPIs for outstanding service to coaches and student athletes.
• Lead approximately a team of 10 employees; drive inventory and order accuracy for on-time delivery of garments to internal and external sources within the assigned area.
• Position responsibilities include planning, organizing, and ensuring efficient warehouse operations.

• Commitment to a continuous improvement environment.
• Collaborate with peers for team and operational success.
• Computer literate with knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Able to multitask and juggle competing priorities.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts in support of the operation.

Education / Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in any field and/or 2-5 years’ experience in warehouse setting.
• 1 - 2 years’ experience in a warehouse/manufacturing setting.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a bonus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, with extensive experience with Microsoft Excel.
• Operational, Warehouse, Logistics or comparable experience preferred.
