We are seeking a
detail-oriented HR Administrative Assistant
to support our team with several upcoming projects. This role requires strong organizational skills, proficiency with computers, and the ability to adapt to both administrative and occasionally hands-on tasks.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Part-time or Full-time options available) Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour + DOE Estimated Length: 4 weeks up to the end of the year (depending on project schedule)

Key Responsibilities:
Update HR policies into a single, standardized template Standardize job descriptions for consistency across the organization Assist with the record retention project, ensuring compliance and accuracy Qualifications:
Proficiency with
Adobe Forms
and
PDF documents
(strongly preferred) High attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Comfortable managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines Work Environment:
