Adecco is partnering with a local client in Bloomington MN I to hire a Trade Compliance Analyst for this 6 month contract opportunity! This candidate will support daily import operations and execution. This role will focus on documentation accuracy, broker coordination, and compliance with customs procedures.

Pay: $35-$45/hr BOE

Contract length: 6 months

Shift: 1st shift 8am-5pm Monday-Friday(Hybrid Schedule)

Key Responsibilities: Review and validate import documentation for accuracy and compliance. Support daily execution of import operations including customs clearance and broker coordination. Collaborate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and suppliers. Maintain records in trade compliance systems (SAP preferred). Assist in training and process improvement initiatives. Perform other tasks as assigned by the Trade Compliance Manager. Required Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in trade compliance or import operations. Strong understanding of import compliance operations, U.S. Customs regulations, etc. Experience with SAP applications. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Bachelor's degree in international business, business administration, or related field is a plus.

Pay Details:

$35.00 to $45.00 per hour
