Contract Duration:
6 months Worksite Location : Wayzata, MN | Hybrid - onsite 3 days per week Compensation : $30-33/hr What you'll do as an Early Talent Recruiter:
Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from strategy sessions through offer management, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience. Partner with hiring managers and HR teams to develop recruiting strategies that leverage labor market insights, competitive intelligence, and brand storytelling. Source, assess, and select candidates for a variety of roles, with a focus on early careers and entry-level recruitment. Coordinate and support campus events, interviews, candidate selection, and offer processes. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to strengthen recruiting pipelines. Ensure compliance with policies, processes, and labor laws while keeping accurate documentation throughout the process. Use ATS tools (such as SuccessFactors and Handshake) to manage candidate pipelines and recruitment activities efficiently.
What you'll bring to the Early Talent Recruiter role:
2+ years of experience in high-volume early careers, intern, or university recruiting. Strong ability to connect with candidates and create a positive experience at every stage. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with hiring managers, HR partners, and candidates. Proficiency with recruiting technology, including applicant tracking systems and campus recruiting platforms. A consultative mindset with the ability to provide insights, metrics, and strategies that influence recruiting decisions. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
