Relate Search is hiring: Human Resources Director in Greenwich

Overview

Relate Search has partnered with a global manufacturing organization to identify a HR Director Business Partner. This strategic leader will report directly to the VP HR and work closely with the executive leadership team to shape the division’s long-term talent strategy. The HR Director Business Partner will lead cross-functional efforts spanning performance management, talent development, employee experience, compliance, and organizational culture. This is a highly visible, strategic and hands-on role designed for an experienced HR executive who can align people practices with business strategy while driving sustainable impact across diverse operations.

Responsibilities

• Translate business priorities into an integrated, forward-looking people strategy.
• Drive workforce planning by anticipating talent needs and building strategies to attract, develop, and retain top performers.
• Collaborate with the CHRO, VP of Talent Management, and executive team to deliver a best-in-class talent strategy.
• Advise leaders on organizational design, job architecture, and change management to build scalable, agile structures.
• Use data and analytics to identify talent gaps, forecast workforce needs, and model future scenarios.
• Act as a trusted advisor and coach to senior leaders, strengthening leadership capability and succession pipelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, or related field; HR certification strongly preferred.
• 5+ years of management-level experience in talent strategy, organizational development, and leadership coaching, ideally within consumer products, manufacturing, or B2C environments.
• 5+ years of experience advising C-suite leaders on long-term, strategic talent initiatives across complex organizations.
• 5+ years of experience as a people manager with a track record of developing and leading high-performing teams.
