Overview
Relate Search has partnered with a global manufacturing organization to identify a HR Director Business Partner. This strategic leader will report directly to the VP HR and work closely with the executive leadership team to shape the division’s long-term talent strategy. The HR Director Business Partner will lead cross-functional efforts spanning performance management, talent development, employee experience, compliance, and organizational culture. This is a highly visible, strategic and hands-on role designed for an experienced HR executive who can align people practices with business strategy while driving sustainable impact across diverse operations. Responsibilities
Translate business priorities into an integrated, forward-looking people strategy. Drive workforce planning by anticipating talent needs and building strategies to attract, develop, and retain top performers. Collaborate with the CHRO, VP of Talent Management, and executive team to deliver a best-in-class talent strategy. Advise leaders on organizational design, job architecture, and change management to build scalable, agile structures. Use data and analytics to identify talent gaps, forecast workforce needs, and model future scenarios. Act as a trusted advisor and coach to senior leaders, strengthening leadership capability and succession pipelines. Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, or related field; HR certification strongly preferred. 5+ years of management-level experience in talent strategy, organizational development, and leadership coaching, ideally within consumer products, manufacturing, or B2C environments. 5+ years of experience advising C-suite leaders on long-term, strategic talent initiatives across complex organizations. 5+ years of experience as a people manager with a track record of developing and leading high-performing teams.
