Overview
HR Generalist/Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. Ideal candidate is a people-person with strong communication skills and a deep understanding of HR best practices, employment law, recruitment, and talent acquisition. This role is crucial for fostering a positive work environment, ensuring legal compliance, and supporting the company's strategic goals by managing the workforce effectively. The role covers full-cycle recruitment, compliance, employee relations, payroll, and benefits administration.
Responsibilities
- Recruitment and talent acquisition: Manage the full cycle of recruitment in high-volume centers, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and processing offer letters.
- Onboarding and offboarding: Conduct new-hire orientations, process paperwork, and coordinate with other departments to ensure a smooth transition for new employees. Handle all administrative tasks for departing employees, including exit interviews.
- Employee relations: Act as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, mediating conflicts, addressing grievances, and promoting a positive workplace culture.
- Performance management: Support the performance review process by administering programs, maintaining documentation, and assisting managers in addressing performance issues.
- Compensation and benefits: Administer employee benefits programs, assist with payroll processing, and respond to benefits-related questions.
- HR administration and compliance: Maintain confidential employee records in the HRIS, draft official documents, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Training and development: Coordinate employee training sessions and workshops, track participation, and identify development opportunities that align with business goals.
- Data analytics and reporting: Create, analyze, report, and provide data-driven decisions to SVP, department heads, and others on HR metrics. Be data-literate, analyze HR data, identify trends, and use insights to influence business decisions and strategy.
- Strategic support: Help organize and coordinate company events and employee engagement activities. The work environment is fast-paced, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively is critical.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in an HR Generalist or related role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field preferred.
- Work Experience: Fast-paced call center, high-volume staffing agency, or startup environment.
