What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Act as a trusted advisor, coaching managers and developing HR solutions for business challenges
  • Implement and drive adoption of HR initiatives, practices, and policies within the client group
  • Address employee relations and performance issues while supporting cyclical HR processes
  • Leverage data and analytics to monitor trends and drive improvements in HR processes
  • Contribute to broader HR initiatives and collaborate with global team members

What is Required (Qualifications)

  • 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in a large global organization
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies and processes across the employee lifecycle
  • Familiarity with US federal and state employment laws and regulations
  • Experience in employee relations and performance management consultation
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree preferred; PHR or SHRM-CP is a plus
