We are working with a
company in Hudson
in search of a
highly organized Engineering Administrator
to support their engineering team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on keeping projects on track, managing documentation, and ensuring smooth communication across departments.
Location: Hudson
Hours: 7:30-4:00PM Monday - Friday
Temp-hire
Pay: $27-$35/hr
Job Summary
As an Engineering Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting engineers with documentation, procedures, and project coordination. You'll help maintain accurate records, follow up on deadlines, and ensure engineering processes run efficiently. Key Responsibilities
Assist in creating, updating, and organizing engineering documentation, procedures, and work instructions. Track project timelines and follow up with engineers and stakeholders to ensure deadlines are met. Support engineering change processes and maintain records of revisions and approvals. Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document action items. Help ensure compliance with internal standards and customer requirements. Provide general administrative support to the engineering team. What You Bring Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with engineering documentation and change control processes is preferred. Work Environment Office and manufacturing setting with regular interaction with engineers and production teams. Occasional need to review physical documents or components on the shop floor.
