Job Description
Assist in the preparation and management of project schedules and budgets. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met. Review and process project documentation, including submittals, RFIs, and change orders. Oversee quality control and ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards. Support the development and maintenance of strong client relationships. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues proactively. Collaborate with project managers to ensure smooth project delivery. Provide technical support to resolve construction-related challenges. A successful Project Engineer - Multifamily should have:
A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field. Experience or knowledge in multifamily construction projects. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
