Job Description

Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements. Lead root cause analysis and corrective action processes to address quality issues effectively. Conduct internal and external audits to ensure adherence to quality standards and certifications. Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to enhance product quality and reduce defects. Train and mentor staff on quality standards, tools, and best practices. Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and recommend process improvements. Manage supplier quality by evaluating vendor performance and ensuring materials meet specifications. Prepare and present quality performance reports to senior management. The Successful Applicant

A successful Quality Manager should have:

Strong knowledge of quality management systems and methodologies. Proven experience in the engineering and manufacturing sector, particularly in anodizing processes. Familiarity with industry-specific quality standards and certifications. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail. Effective communication and leadership abilities to guide cross-functional teams. Proficiency in using quality tools such as Six Sigma, Lean, or similar frameworks. What's on Offer
