Summary
The Supervisor - Planning & Strategy supports subsidiary operations management, company-wide planning activities, and key strategic projects in collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders. This position plays a critical role in driving or supporting major planning initiatives, cross-functional collaboration tasks, and operational efficiency projects. It also involves analyzing business data, market trends, and financial performance to support strategic and operational decision-making. The role requires close collaboration with various teams such as Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain to develop accurate plans, identify business opportunities, and deliver actionable insights to support leadership.
Responsibilities Prepare executive-level presentations and reports
Support the development and execution of organizational strategies Identify risks or gaps in planning assumptions and propose improvements Manage or support projects, including scheduling, issue tracking, and risk management Develop and maintain business models, demand forecasts, and scenario analyses Analyze data to support reporting and strategic decision-making Support business decision-making through analysis of sales trends, financial reports, and operational data Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to execute strategic initiatives Collaborate with other departments in strategic planning and budgeting processes Strong understanding of business performance metrics and financial concepts Monitor subsidiary operations and support improvement initiatives
Conduct research and prepare planning-related documents and proposals
Collect, organize, and analyze performance indicators and KPIs to drive improvements Develop and report on strategic planning proposals and improvement plans Other duties as assigned
Compensation Range
$69,000-$78,000 Per Year (Subject to Compensation Study Upon Candidate Selection)
