Green Key Resources is looking for a Full Desk 360 Recruiter to join our IT staffing and technical recruiting team. Location: ideal candidate must sit in EST or CST time zones (remote) or NYC (ideal). Compensation: $65,000$80,000 base plus a competitive commission structure. Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM (Summer Fridays). Experience level: 25 years as a 360 recruiter handling both talent delivery and business development in the Information Technology/Technical space. Base pay range and additional compensation are provided by Green Key Resources. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience talk with your recruiter to learn more. Full life-cycle recruiting for technical professionals for contract and direct-hire roles, including talent delivery and sales/business development. Maintain and grow a network of clients using Salesforce; expand client database by selling consulting and permanent hiring opportunities. Network, cold call, and conduct virtual or in-person meetings with potential and existing clients. Quantify business relationships with key decision makers and hiring managers within targeted accounts. Analyze IT staffing trends, competitor activities, and hiring demand to develop targeted business strategies. Drive revenue by negotiating contracts, securing staffing agreements, and expanding service offerings. Collaborate with recruiters to align business development with talent acquisition strategies. Collect and analyze data to improve hiring processes; coordinate with team leaders to assess new hiring needs and goals. Qualifications
BA/BS Degree. 25 years of selling/business development experience as a 360 recruiter in IT staffing (required for 360 recruiters; 410+ years preferred). Excellent communication and presentation skills. Proven success in a dynamic, results-oriented environment. Benefits and Perks
