Engage with investors to buy or sell investment-grade properties and portfolios. Utilize Renters Warehouse Marketplace tools to identify market trends and high-yield properties. Conduct asset analysis and provide real-time market data reports for investors. Sell tenant placement and property management services via face-to-face and phone interactions. Perform rental price analysis for new clients using company resources. Coordinate property visits and showings for prospective tenants. Manage customer service interactions with property owners and tenants, including lease processing, deposits, and inspections. Qualifications

Must possess a valid Real Estate License in the state of employment. This is a 1099 position. Proficiency with online business tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM software (Salesforce experience preferred). Physical Demands & Work Environment

This role requires sitting at a desk, working on a computer, and occasional physical activity such as walking, climbing stairs, and driving. Much of the work can be performed remotely, but in-person meetings are required. Travel Requirements
