Assist investors in buying or selling investment-grade properties and portfolios. Utilize Renters Warehouse tools to identify market trends and high-yield properties for diversification. Conduct asset analysis and provide market data reports for investors. Engage in face-to-face and phone sales for tenant placement and property management services. Perform rental property price analysis and schedule property visits and showings. Manage customer service needs for property owners and tenants, including processing background checks, lease documents, deposits, and inspections. Requirements
Must hold a valid Real Estate License in the state of operation. Proficiency with online business tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM software (Salesforce experience preferred). Physical and Work Environment
This role involves sitting at a desk, working on a computer, standing, climbing stairs, driving, and occasional walking. Close vision is required. The position is hybrid, with some work from home and in-person meetings at properties. Travel of 25-50% within a 50-100 mile radius is expected. Culture and Benefits
