Assist investors in buying or selling investment-grade properties and portfolios. Utilize Renters Warehouse Marketplace tools to identify market trends and high-yield properties for diversification. Perform asset analysis and provide real-time market data reports for investors. Conduct face-to-face and phone sales for tenant placement and property management services. Analyze rental property prices for new clients using company resources. Schedule property visits and showings for prospective tenants. Handle customer service related to property owner and tenant needs, including processing background checks, lease agreements, deposits, rent collection, and inspections. Requirements
Must possess a valid Real Estate License in the state of operation. This is a 1099 independent contractor position. Proficiency with online business tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM software (experience with Salesforce is a plus). Additional Details

Regularly talking, hearing, sitting for extended periods, standing, climbing stairs, and driving. Occasional walking and manual handling required. Close vision needed. Work Environment:
