Position Summary
We are seeking a
Strategic Account Manager (Outside Sales)
to grow and manage key customer relationships in Miami-Dade and Broward. This role focuses on driving sales growth, building strong partnerships, and expanding PROFLEX• 's presence with contractors, distributors, and architects.
Responsibilities Manage and grow sales with existing customers while developing new business in assigned territory. Build relationships with contractors, distributors, and specifiers to drive product adoption. Develop account strategies, negotiate pricing/programs, and deliver customer solutions. Provide accurate sales forecasts, market feedback, and regular updates to leadership. Represent PROFLEX• at customer meetings, job sites, trade shows, and industry events. Qualifications
3-5 years of outside sales or account management experience (construction, flooring, or building materials preferred). Proven ability to grow territory sales and manage key accounts. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Self-starter with ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Must reside in or near Miami-Dade/Broward; local travel required. What We Offer
