A leading institution is seeking a full-time Recruiter to join its Human Resources team. This individual will manage full-cycle recruitment across a wide range of roles. Base pay range
$55,000.00/yr - $65,000.00/yr This range is provided by Find Great People | FGP. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience talk with your recruiter to learn more. Responsibilities
Manage 20+ open requisitions across all departments, including executive leadership, faculty, and staff Partner with department managers to support full-cycle hiring: intake, posting, sourcing, screening, and referring candidates Serve as primary recruiter for all direct hire roles Screen staff-level candidates and refer qualified applicants to hiring managers; faculty screening is handled by departments Engage in limited outbound sourcing and resume outreach for hard-to-fill roles Support internal job posting, referral management, and intake meetings with hiring teams Collaborate with HR leadership to increase presence at community events and on LinkedIn to enhance recruitment efforts Qualifications
5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting Strong communication skills and ability to manage high-volume reqs Comfortable conducting intake meetings and prescreen discussions Experience using ATS platforms Ability to work 100% onsite Benefits & Compensation
