Description General Maintenance & Repairs : Perform routine maintenance and repairs on club facilities, including fitness equipment, HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, and structural components. Outdoor Maintenance : Maintain landscaping, parking lots, walkways, and outdoor recreational areas, including snow removal, debris cleanup, and seasonal care. Property Inspections : Conduct regular inspections of indoor and outdoor areas to identify and resolve maintenance issues proactively. Emergency Repairs : Respond promptly to maintenance emergencies and resolve issues to ensure minimal disruption to club operations. Other Properties : Provide maintenance support for additional real estate properties owned or managed by the organization, ensuring consistency in quality and upkeep. Vendor Coordination : Coordinate with external contractors and service providers for specialized repairs, maintenance projects, or large-scale renovations. Inventory Management : Maintain and track inventory of maintenance supplies and tools, ensuring adequate stock and proper functioning of equipment. Safety Compliance : Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe environment for members, staff, and visitors. Team Collaboration : Work closely with the Facilities Manager and other team members to prioritize tasks and complete projects efficiently. Documentation : Maintain accurate records of completed work, including repairs, inspections, and maintenance logs. Position Requirements

Qualifications for Maintenance Technician

Basic understanding of electrical, hydraulic and other systems Demonstrated experience as a maintenance technician Physically capable of lifting 50 pounds Strong understanding of general maintenance processes and methods Experienced in operating a variety of equipment, including snow blowers, lawn mowers, and small hand tools Working knowledge of tools, common appliances, and devices Outstanding written and verbal communication skills EPA technician certification required Excellent manual dexterity and problem-solving skills
