Description Conduct assessments of patients in various care settings, creating personalized treatment strategies based on their unique needs Implement physical therapy techniques focused on enhancing mobility, balance, strength, and overall functionality Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and case managers, to ensure optimal patient outcomes Guide patients and their families through therapeutic objectives, discharge processes, and tailored home exercise regimens Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, treatments, and progress in line with facility standards and regulatory protocols Engage in interdisciplinary meetings to promote cohesive care strategies Education

Completed a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) program or its equivalent from an accredited institution Certifications

Possess a valid state license to practice as a

Doctor of Physical Therapy CPR certification is preferred Specialty certifications (e.g., geriatric, neurological) are advantageous but not required Skills

Prior experience preferred Proven ability to treat patients with intricate medical and mobility challenges Exceptional communication and teamwork capabilities Familiarity with digital clinical documentation practices Benefits
