Job Description
Prepare accurate cost estimates and budgets for property construction projects. Oversee project planning, scheduling, and execution to ensure timely delivery. Manage on-site construction activities and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to achieve project goals. Review project documents and ensure adherence to design specifications. Monitor project progress and provide detailed reports to stakeholders. Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure project success. Foster strong relationships with clients and maintain open communication throughout the project lifecycle. The Successful Applicant
A successful Estimator should have:
A background in property construction or a related field. Strong skills in project management, cost estimation, or site supervision. Proficiency in construction software and tools.
