Job Summary
Serves customers by providing account information, assisting with billing and payment questions, relaying
information regarding cancellations and reinstatement requests, and resolving general customer concerns. The
Operations Specialists incorporate numerous methods of organizing quote approval packages, assisting customers, including a call center environment, and electronic or written correspondence. Provides support on additional daily operations (loan processing, posting payments, mailing notices).
Primary Responsibilities (Job Duties)
You Will: Gathering additional borrower and/or insurance documentation from various sources and organizing quote approval packages to present to Management Executives when required. Maintain and update the Quote Exception Tracker to ensure accurate tracking of special approvals and non-standard quotes. Monitor and update the Missing Policy Number Report to ensure all accounts are accurately documented and complete. Maintain and regularly update the Agent Business Entity database to ensure accurate and current information. Loan processing when required. Performing within company standards for accuracy, service quality and turnaround time. Recognizing new business opportunities, pain points, and competitive advantages, adding value to existing relationships, and growing our customer base. Actively participating in the company's efforts to detect and prevent fraud, mitigating losses Answer inbound calls from insurance agents, insurance companies, and insureds Provide premium finance account-related information to customers via phone, email, and fax, and document accounts with all communication details. Follow up with insureds to collect late charges and ensure timely payments are applied correctly. Maintain and update customer accounts by processing payments, reissuing notices, managing correspondence, providing payoff balance information, assisting with phone and online payments, and making outbound courtesy calls and email reminders as needed. Monitor and respond to the shared team inbox as needed, ensuring timely and professional communication Assist in other daily operations or projects as needed Company Perks:

Strong oral and written communication skills to correspond with internal and external parties at various levels Ability to multitask on a variety of projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality Proven internal sales performance and relationship management via account or territory management Knowledge and experience in either the financial/banking industry or the insurance industry Attention to detail and accuracy when relaying and recording information Quick-thinking, with developed analytical, mathematics, and problem-solving skills Bilingual Spanish/English
