Job Description
The
Engineering Manager
will be responsible for:
Mentoring a team of 3 engineers Program management Performance reviews, coaching and managing day-to-day tasks Managing tooling projects Customer interactions Working cross-collaboratively with other teams Coordinating team meetings Timeline management Participating in continuous improvement programs Establishing and maintaining procedures to achieve high standards of quality Leading efforts to evaluate and develop processes, equipment, materials and designs MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. Minimum of 5+ years experience in manufacturing operations Management and leadership experience Knowledge of plastic injection molding processes Microsoft office skills Strong knowledge of safety procedures and policies Lean Manufacturing, FMEA and GD&T Experience Project management experience What's on Offer
