Job Description
Lead and manage all plant operations to meet production goals and quality standards. Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs. Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations. Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize manufacturing processes and introduce new technologies. Oversee inventory management and ensure timely delivery of products to customers. Recruit, train, and mentor plant staff to foster a high-performing team. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement. Prepare and manage budgets, ensuring financial targets are met. A strong background in Engineering & Manufacturing, preferably within the chemical, paint, plastic or coatings industry. Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams. Experience in operational management, including production planning and process optimization. Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations related to manufacturing operations. Excellent problem-solving skills and a results-driven mindset. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams. A Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering.
