The Quality Manager will oversee the team responsible for ensuring product quality at all production stages. This role involves collaborating with customers to provide solutions, supporting the PPAP process, and conducting root cause analyses for field issues.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain quality assurance procedures
Lead and develop a high-performing quality team
Drive operational excellence initiatives
Manage product release evaluations and non-conformance classifications
Oversee continuous improvement within the ISO Quality Management System
Assist with supplier qualifications and investigate customer quality incidents
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required
5+ years of manufacturing and management experience
Metal manufacturing experience preferred
Proven leadership and problem-solving skills
Hourly Range: $38-$50hr
