Key Responsibilities: Assist the orthodontist during clinical procedures including bonding, wire changes, and debonding Prepare patients for orthodontic treatment and ensure their comfort throughout appointments Take high-quality digital impressions, X-rays, photos, and intraoral scans Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene, appliance care, and post-treatment instructions Maintain accurate and detailed clinical records in our patient management system Sterilize instruments and maintain clean, organized treatment areas Support the front office team when needed to ensure smooth daily operations Contribute to a positive, professional, and fun team culture Qualifications:
Prior orthodontic or dental assisting experience (orthodontic preferred) Current Utah Dental Assistant license and radiology certification Excellent communication and patient care skills Ability to multitask, work efficiently, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and team-player mentality
