Manufacturing Training Intern
to support our operational and safety training programs. This internship offers hands-on experience with learning management systems, safety compliance, and workforce training while contributing directly to employee readiness on the plant floor.
Accountabilities
Assist with administration and data management in the Learning Management System (LMS). Track and analyze training records to identify lapses in certifications or required training coverage. Support plant safety training initiatives, including scheduling, recordkeeping, and compliance documentation. Participate in weekly orientation sessions for new employees. Help maintain training databases and generate reports for the training team. Provide support on special projects related to safety and manufacturing training programs. Qualifications
Pursuing a degree in Industrial Technology, Occupational Safety, Manufacturing Engineering, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field. Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail. Interest in manufacturing operations, workforce training, or safety compliance. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with databases or LMS platforms is a plus. Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively across teams. Commitment to accuracy and maintaining confidentiality in training records.
