Our client, a US manufacturer of flooring products, is seeking

Maintenance Technicians

in the

Gainesville, FL

area! As a Maintenance Technician, responsibilities include performing routine inspections and troubleshooting to repair mechanical and electrical components, helping minimize equipment downtime. The role also involves implementing preventive maintenance tasks to avoid failures and extend machinery life.

Shifts are as follows: there is mandatory OT every Friday 1 st shift: Mon-Thur - 4:00am-2:30pm (there is a little bit of flexibility around this schedule) Fridays from 6:00am-2:00pm (mandatory OT paid at 1.5x pay) This position comes with:

Qualifications/Skill Sets Required:

High School diploma or GED 2+ years of Electrical & Mechanical maintenance experience PLC troubleshooting experience Experience with up to 480v of electrical Reliable Transportation Must successfully pass a background check and drug test

Pay Details:

$65,000.00 to $75,000.00 per hour
