ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
We are seeking an EHS Coordinator for a company involved in the development of a novel nuclear reactor. In this position, you will be crucial in ensuring workplace safety and product reliability by identifying and mitigating hazards and risks and developing measures to prevent accident or injury.
Lead Job Hazard Analyses and Failure Mode and Effects Analyses to identify equipment failure and potential hazards.
Ensure JHAs and FMEAs are documented and revised as needed.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for continuous improvement.
Provide training for employees on risk mitigation and management.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS
Experience in EHS, engineering, or quality.
4-5 years of experience developing and implementing JHA/FMEA
Experience with LEAN and/or Six Sigma
5-10 years in occupational safety or environmental science
Experience working in a lab, industrial, or manufacturing environment.
BONUS QUALIFICATIONS
Experience working in a large, complex environment/company
