About the role

A Master Scheduler is responsible for coordinating, planning, scheduling, and supervising products throughout their production process or cycle. What you'll do

Providing planning administration including scheduling, budgeting, performance monitoring, analysis, reporting, personnel planning, resource management, and capacity planning. Creating standard work, sequence of planning process, and overall calendar of events focused on customer satisfaction, shop floor execution, and system optimization. Maintaining data integrity of ERP planning parameters. Leading planning and development of schedules. Establishing demand and planning time fences. Controlling planning data, lead times, order quantities, ROP. Ensuring, with the cooperation of other departments, that the division achieves and maintains the highest possible customer rating for satisfaction. Creating master production schedules to support customer service and inventory turn goals. Driving, promoting, and developing positive communication with Operations to improve. Recognizing marketplace requirements and creating an environment in which the use of effective scheduling logic simultaneously produces realistic master schedules and customer satisfaction. Monitoring/maintaining accuracy and integrity of MPS input information (forecasts, order reconciliation).Perform other related duties as required. Qualifications

Preferred: Relevant degree such as Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Management, Education, Technical, Manufacturing, Communication, Supply Chain Management, Office Administration, Business School. Desired skills for Master Scheduler include workforce management theory and best practices, Excel, ERP systems, planning, planning functions/roles, manufacturing resource planning, WISE/Cincom/SAP, Microsoft Project, and programming PPBE process. 5-10 years of Supply Chain/Master Scheduling. Proficient in reading, writing and speaking the English language. Additional Skills Preferred:
