is looking for a

Triage Technician

to provide remote and occasional on-site support while working across diverse systems, networks, and cloud environments. Overview

Position: Triage Technician (Remote with on-site visits as needed) Service-focused role within an MSP environment serving clients across multiple platforms. What Youll Do Provide remote support using RMM and ticketing systems Troubleshoot desktops (Windows & Mac), servers, Microsoft 365, VPNs, printers, and networks Visit client sites for escalated issues, hardware installs, and network troubleshooting Document solutions, maintain system records, and collaborate with Tier 1/3 teams Assist with onboarding/offboarding and account changes

What You Bring

2+ years MSP help desk/support experience Knowledge of Windows 10/11, MacOS, Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, Microsoft 365 Familiarity with ticketing systems (ConnectWise, Autotask) and RMM tools (Kaseya, NinjaOne, N-able) Strong troubleshooting and communication skills Valid drivers license and ability to visit client sites

Bonus Skills

CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft certifications Experience with firewalls (FortiNet, SonicWall, Meraki, Ubiquiti) Virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V), backups, or Intune/MDM experience
