This is a remote position and can be based anywhere within Bohler's geographic footprint with the ability to commute occasionally to a local Bohler office. As part of our Talent Attraction team, you'll be a connector, brand ambassador, and trusted hiring partner. You will: Lead and execute the full-cycle recruiting process (sourcing, job postings, phone interviews, interview coordination/travel, etc.) for roles across all divisions at Bohler, including (but not limited to) Engineering, Survey, Land Planning, Permitting, and Landscape Architecture

Build and maintain strong talent pipelines using proactive sourcing strategies such as online research, employee referrals, networking, and industry events

Use tools like iCIMS ATS and Gem CRM to manage candidate workflows, engagement, and reporting

Collaborate with hiring managers, HR Business Partners (HRBPs), and TA leaders to build thoughtful hiring strategies and ensure alignment between business goals and talent priorities

Prepare, negotiate, and extend compelling offer packages that reflect both market conditions and internal alignment

Stay informed on AEC industry trends, talent market dynamics, and evolving recruitment best practices

Champion The Bohler Way by delivering an engaging, inclusive, and respectful candidate experience

Act as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders, offering talent insights and influencing decisions with data and experience

Contribute to process improvement initiatives and help evolve our broader recruitment strategy.

Qualifications

Experience with full life-cycle recruitment in corporate talent acquisition and/or executive search. Experience in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) industry a plus.

Experience recruiting for land development roles in the AEC space is a strong plus

Demonstrated success recruiting in a fast-paced, competitive environment

Ability to manage multiple searches across disciplines and geographies

Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

Creative, resourceful, and able to work independently while meeting deadlines

Familiarity with tools such as iCIMS ATS, Gem CRM, and LinkedIn (or similar sourcing platforms) is helpful

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
