Overview
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join Crash Champions. As a TA Partner, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting qualified candidates for various positions within the company. You will work closely with operational hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop strategies to attract top talent. The role covers the entire recruitment lifecycle, from job posting and candidate sourcing to interviewing and onboarding. This role will own reporting and interaction with operational leads to communicate talent acquisition updates. This is a remote position, sitting within the geographical region of support. Candidates must be willing to travel to support recruiting initiatives. Responsibilities
Work closely with managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the shop’s unique needs for every role, and to meet hiring goals and expectations Manage the full recruiting life cycle across a variety of open roles from posting to onboarding Perform initial phone screenings to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role Utilize Talent Acquisition tools and resources to become a subject matter expert in the geographical region and roles, including compensation and payment structures, and educate when necessary Evaluate and prequalify candidates based on skills, experience, and role requirements Present top-qualified candidates to the hiring manager with detailed notes and recommendations; collaborate with the hiring manager to schedule and organize follow-up interviews and manage the interview process Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, community outreach, networking events, and employee referrals Maintain requisitions, ensuring data within our ATS (iCIMS) is accurate and up to date for reporting and KPI management Update Staffing Reports and storyboards for leadership meetings Establish subject matter expertise in the geographical areas of support, working with operational leaders to understand the unique needs of their shops and roles while educating managers on market hiring trends Proactively create and maintain a database of qualified candidates through our internal CRM and Indeed for future openings Develop relationships with managers to build awareness of their shops and regions, hiring needs, and job specifications Inform and educate hiring managers on compensation expectations specific to geographical areas, and assist with extending job offers and negotiating terms of employment Other duties as assigned Qualifications
3+ years of progressive experience in recruiting required, with corporate and leadership recruitment experience strongly preferred Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or psychology preferred Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required Comfortable interacting with and influencing key decision makers Must be organized, detail oriented and possess the ability to multitask Must be an independent thinker, problem solver and results-focused professional Strong negotiation, communication, research, and analytical skills Experience in developing recruitment strategies Excellent working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) 25% travel in market required Benefits
