Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure high-quality materials and services at competitive prices.
Purchase Order Management:
Create and manage POs in alignment with production schedules and project timelines.
Logistics Coordination:
Track shipments, resolve delivery issues, and ensure timely arrival of goods.
Inventory Monitoring:
Collaborate with planning and warehouse teams to forecast needs and maintain optimal stock levels.
Vendor Relations:
Maintain accurate records of supplier performance, pricing, and contracts.
Cost Optimization:
Identify opportunities for savings without compromising quality or lead times.
Cross-Functional Support:
Work closely with Quality, Finance, and Production teams to ensure compliance and availability of materials.
Process Compliance:
Uphold procurement best practices and company policies.
Audit Support:
Assist in supplier audits and performance evaluations.
What We're Looking For: Education:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
1-2 years in a procurement, purchasing, or logistics role-ideally within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
Technical Skills:
Familiarity with procurement software, Microsoft Excel, and ERP systems.
Soft Skills:
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
