Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced OB Registered Nurse to join our team. This role involves providing direct care to antepartum, intrapartum, and postpartum patients across varying risk levels in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team in labor and delivery.
Schedule
12-hour shifts 4 days per week ALL rotating shift schedules Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care to high, moderate, and low-risk obstetric patients. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team during labor and delivery processes. Demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to prioritize and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment. Commit to patient and family-centered care practices. Complete orientation and training in various competencies/modes of care within the OB service. Float among units as necessary to meet the variable needs of volume and acuity. Qualifications
Active RN License in New York (NY ONLY) Minimum of two years of labor and delivery experience; OR experience in operating room and triage is highly desired. Certifications Required
BLS (American Heart Association ONLY) Neonatal Resuscitation Certification Behavior Characteristics
Ideal candidates will exhibit strong organizational skills, adaptability, and a commitment to providing quality patient care while enhancing the overall patient experience.
