Process Engineer Injection Molding
Develop and optimize injection molding processes to meet production goals and quality standards. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste. Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure manufacturability of products. Analyze and troubleshoot equipment and process issues to minimize downtime. Prepare and maintain documentation related to molding processes and procedures. Train and support production staff on best practices in injection molding operations. Monitor production metrics and implement solutions to achieve key performance indicators. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards in all manufacturing activities.
