We are partnering with a local construction company that is looking to add a Contracts Admin to their team!

Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Pay:

$65,000

Position Description

Responsible for supporting the contract management process by preparing, reviewing, and maintaining all contract documentation. Ensuring compliance with company standards, insurance requirements and bonding obligations while providing admin support to Project Managers and Executive Leadership. Serves as key liaison between internal teams, vendors, and external partners to facilitate timely and accurate contact execution.

Review and provide comments on all contracts during the bidding process and prior to execution Prepare contacts and amendments using Catina program Coordinate with PMs to obtain timely approvals of contracts and amendments Route contracts and amendments for CEO signature and ensure proper execution Maintain accurate and organized contract files, both electronic and hard copy Request and track Certificates of Insurance for each contract Request and maintain records of bonds associated with contracts Maintain contract records, including tracking and managing pending and approved change orders for existing contracts Requirements

2 years of experience in contract administration, procurement, or related field Associates or bachelor's in business administration, legal, or related field Strong Organizational Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Experience in Catina program preferred Experience in Trible Vista and Trimble B2W preferred
