Temporary Event Support Admin
Hybrid role
M-F 8:30am-4:30pm
Pay: $24.00
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Event Support Admin to assist with outreach for an upcoming event. This role involves direct communication with members, data tracking, and administrative support to ensure smooth event execution.
This is a 3 week temporary position
Key Responsibilities:
Contact members via phone and email regarding event details and logistics Create and maintain spreadsheets to track ticket pickup and attendance Enter and manage event-related data in internal systems Collaborate with team members to support event planning Qualifications:
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills Basic experience in event coordination Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
