About the Role

We are seeking

Float Nurses (RN or LPN, Levels I & II)

to join a collaborative pediatric care team serving families across our

West Cary and Raleigh

clinic locations. This position offers the chance to support multiple providers and specialties while gaining diverse clinical experience. Travel between sites is required.

Position Options Registered Nurse (RN) - Level I Key Responsibilities:

Deliver direct pediatric nursing care under provider guidance. Manage clinic workflow to ensure timely, high-quality patient care. Perform routine lab testing and maintain accurate documentation. Educate families on care plans using evidence-based guidelines. Collaborate with nurses, medical assistants, and support staff. Requirements:

Active RN license in North Carolina. High school diploma or equivalent (healthcare-related coursework preferred). Current BCLS certification. Strong teamwork and problem-solving abilities. Registered Nurse (RN) - Level II Key Responsibilities:

Provide leadership and clinical support for the care team. Manage complex patient needs with independence and sound judgment. Conduct advanced telephone triage, referrals, and care coordination. Mentor and assess the competencies of new and existing staff. Act as a primary resource in urgent/emergent care situations. Requirements:

Active RN license in North Carolina. Minimum of 6-12 months of proven performance at Level I. Current BCLS certification. Experience managing both acute and chronic pediatric conditions. Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Level I Key Responsibilities:

Provide hands-on pediatric care under RN and provider supervision. Conduct basic patient assessments and maintain detailed visit notes. Assist clinic flow with scheduling and phone triage. Perform standard lab tasks (capillary sticks, heel sticks, kit-based testing). Support care coordination and follow-up calls. Requirements:

Active LPN license in North Carolina. High school diploma or equivalent. Current BCLS certification. Pediatric experience preferred. Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Level II Key Responsibilities:

Independently manage complex pediatric care tasks. Serve as a peer mentor and resource for other staff. Perform advanced procedures (venipuncture, catheterizations, cultures). Manage the full cycle of telephone triage and documentation. Support care planning and coordination alongside providers. Requirements:
