Must-Haves: 5-10+ years as a commercial superintendent (ground-up or TI) Comfortable with travel / project-based assignments Able to manage subcontractors, lead daily jobsite activities, and communicate with clients OSHA compliance + software knowledge (Procore, Bluebeam, etc.) Physically fit to navigate active construction sites Nice-to-Haves:
OSHA 30 certification Experience on $10M+ projects Strong budget and scheduling skills High standards and low tolerance for BS What's In It for You
