This role is crucial in advancing the mission to provide exceptional banking and wealth management services through a digital-first and client-centric approach. As a pivotal figure, you will lead employee life cycle processes and spearhead business-specific initiatives, driving enterprise-wide strategic projects across a globally dispersed workforce. In this role, you will serve as a key delegate to the Head of Business Execution for HR and Wealth HR, acting as a primary advisor and resource for Senior HR Advisors. The ideal candidate should possess 8-10 years of progressive experience, a strong financial services background, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, diverse environments. Your key responsibilities will include: Developing and executing internal business messaging and communication strategies Organizing and leading strategic meetings Driving organizational and people strategy goals Managing HR projects and process governance Conducting data analysis and overseeing financial management Successful candidates will exhibit exceptional organizational and project management skills, the ability to forge strong relationships with senior executives, and a collaborative work style. A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required, with a preference for a Master’s. A background in communications or marketing is highly desirable. The role calls for a leader who commands respect and inspires trust among senior leaders while effectively navigating competing interests and presenting diverse viewpoints constructively.
