This role is pivotal in supporting the organization's vision to be a leading personal bank and wealth provider, with a focus on a digital-first, client-obsessed approach. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving key employee life cycle processes, business-specific people initiatives, and enterprise-wide strategic projects across a globally dispersed organization. This includes serving as a primary delegate to the Head of Business Execution for HR and Wealth HR, as well as a central point of contact and advisor to Senior HR Advisors. The role demands a professional with 8-10 years' progressive work experience, a proven ability to work in diverse, high-pressure environments, and a strong background in the financial services industry. Key responsibilities for the Business Unit Manager include leading the development and execution of internal business messaging and communications strategy, organizing strategic meetings, and advancing organizational and people strategy goals. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and project management skills, be adept at building and managing relationships with senior executives, and have a collaborative work style. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a Master's degree preferred, and the candidate should have a background in communications or marketing.
