Completion Bonus:
$150/month

Schedule:
50-60hrs/week | 0700 - 1500 | M-Sat
Project Scope The Safety Manager will be responsible for overseeing mechanical operations and enforcing safety protocols across various project sites. The primary focus will be on HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations.
Qualifications Candidates must have the following requirements:
OSHA 510
3-5 years of relevant field safety experience in construction, mechanical, or industrial projects.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct project safety inspections and employee orientations
Conducting daily Job Safety Analyses (JSAs) and safety reporting.
Ensuring compliance with OSHA and company-specific safety protocols.
Overseeing and managing safety operations for teams of 25-50 workers at a time, with the possibility of larger groups.
Providing visible, hands-on safety leadership in the field.
Collaborating closely with project managers, foremen, and site leadership to maintain a safe work environment.
Skills & Knowledge Skills:
Excellent public speaking and communication abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
OSHA outreach training experience (preferred)
Professionalism and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
Knowledge:
Strong understanding of EHS and industry regulatory standards in construction
Ability to effectively communicate safety principles and regulations
